Most of us have been on a diet of some kind at some point in our lives, for me it was the Atkins Low Carb diet. I could lose weight at will just by not eating certain things. But at some trigger point like stress all bets were off and I gained even more back. The Vegan diet is more than just about losing weight. Now, when you feel good about the weight coming off you also get a bonus feel good because of what you are doing for the planet and the animals.
